The Service
The Service lets you build forms, share a link, and collect responses. Creating and sharing forms and downloading your own responses are free. Some capabilities — a review workflow, removing our branding, a custom domain, and media storage above the free allowance — are paid or metered. We may change what is free or paid, with notice for material changes.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, to collect data you are not permitted to collect, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to phish or impersonate, to host malware, or to interfere with the Service or other users. You are responsible for the forms you publish and for having a lawful basis to collect the information you request.
Your content
Your forms and the responses you collect are yours. You grant us only the permission we need to host, process and display that content in order to run the Service for you. You are the controller of the responses you collect; we process them on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and “as is”
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms or that we must stop for legal or security reasons. On termination, your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law where you are gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
